Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders have a 3–5 day fulfillment time. This means we will prepare your order within 3–5 days before shipping it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days beyond the fulfillment period for delivery.

 


Refunds/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bettereverydayconnect@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may place a new order once your refund is complete.

We have a two-week return policy. This means you must contact us within two weeks of receiving your order; otherwise, we will be unable to process a return.

 


Shipping Provider

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the information is submitted directly during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us at bettereverydayconnect@gmail.com to resolve the issue. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund.

Refunds will cover the cost of the product(s) only. The shipping fee (typically between $6–$8) is non-refundable.

 


Care Instructions

Hair Oil Usage & Care

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use to preserve freshness.

  • Use clean, dry hands or a dropper when dispensing to avoid contamination.

  • For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
